Dr. Lafont recieved his Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences and was then accepted to the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry. Dr. Lafont graduated in 2002 as a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS). After graduation, he was commissioned and went back into the military as a dentist having previously served in a different career field. He holds high standards of ethical treatment for all patients. Dr. Lafont is eager to help others by relieving pain, eradicating dental disease, increasing proper function, and improving cosmetic appearance. He is ready to answer questions thoroughly and enjoys educating patients about dentistry and their oral health. Dr. Lafont loves living and practicing in Alabama. He and his wife Britta have been married for over 30 years! He and Britta have 2 adult children (Grace and Joshua) and a spoiled Cairn Terrier Scout!
